Default Best way to replace the headlight bulbs??

    Hi

Whats the easiest way to replace the headlight bulbs? I have had a look and there isnt much room.

Is it a case of doing it and taking all day or to unbolt the headlight and drop it forward?

I just want to replace them with some xenon bulbs Ive have? Also, I have some LED side lights, will they bring on a warning light, they did in my last car.

    Thanks

    Carl

How do you take the air box off? Is it just a case of undoing a few bolts. Sounds like that is the easiest option.

    Thank you very much.

Didnt mean to sound rude, I do appreciate the offer of you doing it, but just a bit far to travel.

Will let you know how I get on.

You have a 2003 Vectra C, there is more room than there is in the facelift

    The nearside bulb is easy
The offside bulb is not so easy

A trick I had with the headlight bulbs was to take the old blown bulb and turn it in the housing several times, the originals were held in solid
I now have no problem changing either bulb

I started off undoing the edge of the offside bumper, but don't even need to to do that anymore
