    Default adrian flux and NCB

    as you know from my other thread i took insurance out with tesco and said i had 5 years no claims , no prob there

    i contacted adrian flux to post my proof of NCB and when it arrive it says 4 years NCB i thought **** ive ****ed up i told tesco i had 5 years

    so i rang direct line who i use to be insured before adrian flux an ask them when my policy ened how many NCb did i have they said 4 years so ive got them to send that out in the post just as proof , so because ive been insured with adrian flux for a year i should have 5 years

    were do i stand when i contact adrian flux tomorrow because there system must say 4 years i dont want to loose a years NCB

    stay away from adrian flux i had a similar problem ant they would not resolve it just phone tesco and say sorry iv only got 4 years that you have written comfirmation of

    i always thought that they had to send you confirmation of NCB once youve completed a year without a claim , if you move insurers that is ?

    they screwed mine up as well, werent interested in resolving, never will i go near them again!

    They are appaling the amount of horror stories you hear about them and people keep using them it beats me.

    There poor customer service, lack of interest and the terms and conditions with some things are just there to make things difficult for you.

    had my skyline with them but as soon as 14 day cancellation period was over they added all these random charges and breakdown cover key loss cover i never asked for or wanted and uped the finance agreement breaking there own terms and condition by not contacting me first

    then when i tryed to cancel the policy they refused to until id settle the full amounbt of the policy even though i would not and have not used the full years cover only 14 ****in day so cancelled the direct debit changed bank account and told them to away and **** themselves
    never deal with them again one of the worst brokers iv ever had dealings with
