    Default best way to strip wax and polish off a car?

    Want to strip all the wax and polish off the car but dont want to clay it as already done it twice already, anyone know a easy way, thanks in advance

    aye wash it with washing up liquid that should do the trick mate

    Yep you can use washing up liquid but let it soak on the car for 10 mins, an APC and IPA diluted with water will also do the trick.

    IPA all the way for this, fairy liquid never strips it all in one go.

    autoglym high definition cleanser will strip it too

    Just overdose the shampoo you use and add some APC to it, that will stip the wax off.

    IPA seems to be the best, but a wash with a strong Fairy liquid mix will work too. Halfords stock Zymol Cleanse which will strip too, but its more work as you have to use it like a polish, AG HD Cleanser is the same. I've used the Fairy liquid method and it worked for me just fine, will be using AG HD Cleanser this week.
