Help engine different?!?

Hi,
Just went and looked at signum, everything good new clutch new starter motor
But went to look at engine and it's a 120 not 150 as advertised.
Now car has history and all hpi are good but all docs inc hpi show 150 bhp, but it has 120 engine?!?!?
Any ideas? Does not look dodgy

It might just be an admin error somewhere along the line ...or there may be all manner of other irregularities waiting to appear. As Jezzy said, walk away - plenty more Sigs to be seen.

How are you sure its a 120? If everything is saying its a 150 could you be mistaken?? Its best to clarify!

Did not pull like my 150 & oil cap on left

Well if its not what it says on the tin, I would leave well alone.

Probably registered wrong when new and no one's noticed or realised. My "LS" is registered as an "Elite", I'm still waiting for the DVLA to send back my V5 after changing address and pointing this out to them (taken ages thinking about it).

Either way you might as well find another one that's correctly registered. Put it this way, if it is completely fine and just a paperwork error then you'll still be paying higher insurance for a 150 even though it's not, and then they may get funny if you ever claim.
