    Default Looks like on stilts

    Hi all,
Car was knocking from the front drivers side, took back to garage as under warranty ANC was diagnosed with broken coil spring which was replaced all good apart from car now seems to be on stilts at the front :0( will it settle or was it looking lower due to broken spring?
As it's an Sri with 19" snowies it looked very squat before but now not looking so good ATM hope it settles! Measuring now it's 4 fingers width from tyre to arch, sure it was lower prior to 1 spring replacement.

Possibly replaced with a pair of springs meant for a non lowered sports chassis.. Find out the replacement part no.s they fitted for you and then let me know... as well as your reg no.

It'll be a pattern part rather than a GM one, so the part number won't tell us much.

rang the garage this morning and they said they only replaced one and it was for the sri suspension (lowered), reading more on here I see people think theres is too high at the front as standard anyway so perhaps now mine has it new spring it actually at the right height...
    Time for some Eibachs maybe

On a car that size and weight its best practice to replace in pairs. A good garage would of told you that.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
