Default TC Switch programming or wiring?

i got myself a tc switch because i could really do with being able to turn my tc off at times but as is my luck when i fitted it it didnt work, is it a case of programing or do wires need to be run for it to work, and if so has anyone done it ?

It's missing wires. Use the search function you will find lots of threads. You will also find a el schematics for the button.

Wait till Brentwood Penfold, theres an easy test you can do at the abs plug under the bonnet to see if its switchable...

Pop the cover of the ABS plug, use a wire and put it to pin 3 and ground and remove, this simulate a push on button. The TC light in clocks will now light up, do it a once more and TC is activated again.

The X1 plug is behind the kick panel on LH side.
