    hi guys ive got a 1.9cdti 120 8v

    whot wont to now is where do u put the blanking plate to

    is it under or on the side

    the arrows that r white

    From what I can make out steve (from this thread) this is where the gasket goes

    thanks Damo77 i did it right then but it comes u as a fault car with ppanner thruo it this commen

    I know when I changed my EGR over. I had started the engine with the EGR unplugged and this caused the car/spanner light to come on but it went out after a certain number of starts (think its between 20-30 starts)

    Think this was mentioned in the other thread that I linked to (
    AntSSSS
    comments on page 5), other guys were experiencing similar problems and never got to the bottom of it.

    From what I remember this could have been down to needing a EGR software update.

    knowledgeable
    folk will be along and help shed more light on this for you
