Default should I swap my Vec turbo for this?

Selling my car and had a guy ask if I'd swap it for a 98 s plate 323i, with 110k and full service up 90k odd. Just after opinions. Mine has 119k on it

Sounds almost as silly as my last offer when I was selling my 04 2.0 mondeo on the bay.....Mine was mint with 72k FSH.....I said in advert I was looking for a diesel estate.
He offered me a 2002/51 peugeot 306 estate 2.0hdi with ONLY 146k miles and he had lost the history in house move, but he would want me to tax the mondeo for 6 months as his was worth more............My sides hurt for a while.

But no keep the vectra mate, if its served you well no need to fix something not broken as they say.........
