    Default lost.....do i need new ecu?

    well story goes.....thermostat changed in november, then started to cutting out and not starting randomly few months later. changed battery and crankshaft sensor and all good for a while. then done another thermostat, then two weeks later again. so had the head gasket, cambelt and waterpump done, went to pick it up only to b told it randomly doesnt start again, so need new starter motor. done thet, only it does exactly the same. sooo......new ecu or? what else could it be?
    its a 3.2 v6 elite


    any suggestions appreciated

    Maybe an immobiliser problem?

    nope, no codes are being stored, all connections are ok, immobiliser is ok, so is alternator and battery. we think its temperature related, as it cuts out, by itself, when it reaches certain temperature and then wont turn over again...
