I need a Sky Remote code - cant find it anywhere!?!?

Hi folks,

Im stuggling to find a Sky remote code for my TV.

The TV is Digitrex CTF4071 40" LCD and I have scoured the net but to little avail.

The few codes listed dont work, so does anybody have some inside info on this mystery code?

Thats the first one I tried Ben as its the only one that really came up on the net.

also found this, but you may have tried that too. weird there's not alot on the net about it

If that code doesn't work try the following
press tv
press red and select together, you should get 2 red blinks
type 990
then type 1, count the number of blinks, no blinks = 0
then type 2,count the number of blinks
repeat this for 3 and 4, note the number of blinks you get for each number and note them down, this should be your TV's remote code for a sky remote

Ah, I see. I read that but didnt understand it and actually thought .

It actually makes sense now that ive actually read it.

if there is NO BLINKS, does that mean ZERO or NO DIGIT?

Can you not point the old remote at the sky remote, so it picks up the coding? I know I can with my AV remote, but not sure if all remotes work like this

What do you mean? I only have the TV remote and the Sky remote.....do I point the TV remote to the Sky one and press buttons?

he's talking about the sky remote learning the codes from your tv remote.. not sure they do that do they??
