    Default Angel Eye Mod

Hello people sorry I haven't been around in a while, had employment issues and money problems, which caused me to lose interest in my car for a while. Everything back to normal now tho. Any ways enough of the banter and back to the modding. I acquired some angel eye lamps which had suffered a little abuse and decided that since they had been apart before I'd mod the horrid standard bulb fitting which lights up the rings. I got some nice LED strips with a 90 degree mounting angle and mounted them inside the rings to give a BMW-ish look. Sorry about the photo quality as was taken on a crappy mobile camera and they're so bright its hard to get rid of some of the blur, but I'll get some full car shots up later at the weekend. Comments welcome as always....good or bad.lol

Sorry, but Angel eyes are like those clear tail lights you get, one belongs on a BMW and the latter belong on Lexus', and nothing else. People get upset because members stick VXR or VXD badges on their car, when they are not, then go stick BMW lights on thier own cars......... Not for me im afraid.

Sorry mate, forgot to mention that this was ideally aimed at members with angel eyes to show what can be done to replace the standard filament bulbs.

Come on m8 they are, and I have them . Who cares anyway, they're cool and I ain't buying a BMW to get them.

Oddly enough I was contemplating that same mod.

Oh like what you've done. I've angles and not liking them with the 4 dots showing and also you don't even notice them on during the day. I've never taken a headlight apart before.

I wondered why you never replyed to my txt a few month back, the employment issues and so on explains it unless its wrong number i txt lol

The angel eyes look good better than the crappy yellow bulbs would be better in the dark i bet.
