It's a scam,you email him,he emails you back with a phone number to contact him on that just happens to be a premium rate number,these are popping up all over on ebay.

That is a common scam on E-Bay. "don't use the ask seller question" is a sure give away that the account has been hacked

Has a lot of the signs/pointers of a scam.

Bad quality pictures that look like they have been lifted and copied into the advert from elsewhere.

"Pre-approved bidders only" nonsense.

No VP not cynical at all m8, Seen it all so many times and people still fall for it. As long as there are people that can be scammed there will be people out there to scam them.
