Default Vectra 1.8 2003 - driveshaft seals leaking

    Hi all,

After a long journey, i noticed that i've started to get a 'spray' of oil all over the back end of the car. Having got under the engine area, looks like possible drive shaft seels leaking.

I can't afford to get it repaired till the end of the month but as I've got another long journey to London this week - wanted to top the transmission fluid up just incase. Can anyone tell me/show on pics where I can top the transmission fluid up through some sort of inspection plug/hole.

There a thread/how 2 on a diesel veccy, but take it in a different location - any pics? Also, anyone have any ideas how much I shoudl expect to pay for replacement of the seals?

    Would appreciate some help. cheers.

there is an oil level plug just behind n/s driveshaft input ( 15mm i think) wen the car is level , fill till oil starts to come out then replace plug .
the seals are under a tenner to but but driveshaft needs removed to get in to remove old seal and drive in new one .
