Default New bike hit by car driver.

Yep, you'll guess by the title.
Had my pride and joy only 4 days and Tuesday I was side swiped by a car who didn't look, used the wrong lane on the roundabout, overtook a mate following on the wrong side of the road then hit me!!
We all pulled over, only for a guy half my weight, 3" shorter and 15 years older to proceed to give me 10 minutes of abuse, offer to kindly beat me up, call me every possible swear word, throw his coat on the floor, stamp around and generally be a dick.
I stood there in full Dainese T Age leathers, carbon knuckled glovers and lid on calmly asking for his insurance details as he had dented the Yoshi can on the bike. whilst he continued to ask for a fight.
    Guess what happened next??
He walked away, got in his car and drove off!!
Fortunately I got his reg and reported him to the old bill. They are treating it pretty seriously. I gave a statement yesterday after attending hospital (ligament damage to my right knee, bruising and a stiff neck) and it goes from there.
My legal cover is going for new leathers, boots, exhaust and injuries.
Guess what? If he had been poliote I wouldn't have bothered as the dent is only thumbnail sized, but after that attitude?

He can kiss my fat **** and I hope they throw the book at him.

Bl00dy hell TT, that driver is total to**er, did he think that just by driving off he was going to get away with it.

Take care of yourself and let the police deal with him

F......ing hell mate, hope your OK and you get the bike sorted. Bet your gutted.
Words fail me when you get nutters like that, I don't think I would have been so calm in the circumstances but you've shown the way to behave. Fingers crossed for you.

JESSSSSSS!!!!!!! You did well to keep so calm, luckily for you that you did as he will be taken to the cleaners now and serves him right.
Mouthy git, when it's all over THEN go round and give him the hiding he deserves
