Default I beg you on my hands and knees...

    Guys ( And ladies )

I need some help with swapping he seats on the Mrs Corsa C.
Curent state of play ... no seats in the car ... 2 sets in the house.

    This is my problem

Swaping some seats over and I have to to the point where wireing has become a problem.

    Original seats are:

    1- Brown
    2- Black

This on the green plug after emoving it from the delphe housing.

I have jut tried to put the other seats plug in and it only goes in 1 way ... the problem is.

    The wireing on that is

    1- blue.
    2- brown.

Help .. does that mean blue is the new brown or I need to swap the coulrs round ?

This is for the seat belt tensionsers so If I get it wrong im going to be in big big trouble .... once in killed anyway for the state of the house and her car.

When you plug them in does the brown wire connect to the other brown wire as brown is normally earth.

I know Black is used as a "Common" and Blue is used as "Live" in general electrical wiring, which would mean that 1 is live and 2 is common. So it does look like Blue is the new Brown and Brown is the new Black. Hope someone can confirm this for you.

Both the colours get complete swapped round the same as turning the block 180 degrees so none of the colours or pins are in there original location.

I dont ancy setting off 2 air bags and 2 tensioners ;-) i could see that makng me much more popular than I am at the moment.

If the theory that the plug still only goes one way ino the black block that would tie in with the new colours.

I cant check the other end of the cable as its housed inside the tensioners.
