1.9 cdti vectra 2008 fly wheel

Hi all

I have been told that the fly wheel could be the reason my vectra has starting trouble? The diagnostic comes back with a crankshaft sensor but having replaced that I can rule that one out, have cleaned the egr valve, swapped the air flow meter and reconneded an air pipe that had come disconnected at the bottom of the air box ....... Any ideas????

Check the bottom pully isnt moving on the woodruf key

what is the fault? i have a 120cdti on a 56 plate.

sometimes it takes 10 seconds of cranking before it will start.
other times it fires up with in a second.

also an eml lamp stays on but no codes.
