Although it may physically fit in the hole and even connect up, it will seem out of place - the front of the Vectra audio units are pretty much flat, whereas the Astra units have a central, vertical 'spine' ridge.

Don't the Astra ones have a sort of V shape in the top middle, whereas vec ones a flat?

It will fit if you get both head-unit and Display together..

If you are getting just the head-unit (CD30), then you need the audio pass card..
Then you will have a right job to reprogram via Tech 2, because the screen will be seen as a Vectra, but the radio will be seen as an Astra unit.. do-able, but a donkeys-ass of a job to sort out.

You will find though that the panel shape is different when seen from above..
The vectra has a smooth slightly rounded profile, whereas the astra has a distinct V down the centre of the front of the radio.. the display will fit anyway..

Also , your car is a half canbus and the CD30 is a full canbus radio , so will need a fair bit of work to get it to work.
