    ive wired up some L.E.D.S to my side lights. they work good. BUT!!!!! when i turn the side lights off. they flash until power as completly stopped going through them. which is kinda good. looks like a alarm lol.
    but the problem i have. is when i want to drive the car without the lights on, they have power going to them so they flash lol

    how can i stop this??

    bearing in mind they completly turn on when i turn side lights on

    had this problem mate was told they do this so best not to fit l e ds.

    You would need to rewire the power feed from an inside light

    ideally rewire to the illumination feed for the dash, that way they still come on with the sidelight position of the switch, no error and no pulsing...

    The only thing i can suggest is maybe putting some diodes in series with your LED's, this should only put voltage through above a certain level, i.e. when you have your main beam on,something to consider maybe.

    I don't see the problem as I would say this is a fault which works with you rather then ruin your drive.

    I have them on my Angel Eyes and I love flash effect, then on saying that I drive everywhere with my side lights on (LED's).

    Yours probably arnt as bad as some because of the amount of leds you have, 8 each side is 8 x the wattage of a single one so the symptoms shouldnt be as bad IMO

    Still I don't see why it should be a problem, switch the sidelights on during driving anyway.

    For something which is harmless I don't see the point in rerouting cables to stop what is a pretty cool side effect imho.
