    Default exhaust options

    i'm looking to upgrade my exhaust on the vec, 2004 2.0 t, looking for bhp increase not to intrested in sound, full system or back boxes?

    would like to get this done before a remap. if thats the right way to do it.

    any info prices would be a great help, cheers damien

    full system would be better, with increased bore, all depends what you want to spend.

    looking to spend bout 1k, but thats on remap, exhaust plus any other things i can get aswell,

    trible 595, once get new one on i will let you know,

    jaspa, any full systems would you recomend, or what is the norm of exhaust users on here use?

    I would get the full system. If you don't mind driving down to Salisbury there is a tuner called JANSPEED which seem very very good. They would do you a cat back for under £400 and probably extend to the manifold for a full setup for around £500 tops.

    Getting a sports cat would be the expensive bit! So you would probably be better of getting just a cat back for now and possibly increasing the intake pipe bore instead and improving induction

    Then get yourself an EDS remap from www.eds-motorsport.de for 495 euros and your squared

    About 2 hours from Petersboro' I believe down to Salisbury. They only have the pre-made exhaust on the website but they do custom ones to fit with the free flow back boxes etc for best performance They had a BTCC Honda and some rally and classic cars in their workshop... I have full confidence in them lol

    Have a look here there more expensive than others but the quality is 2nd to none, had mine done here www.longlife.co.uk plus got garages all over uk
