tech 2 in east sussex

Hiya.

Does anyone have tech2 in or around east sussex to enable my BC? My local stealer thought I was talking clingon when I tried to explain how to do it so I gave up!!

I can return the favor with beer tokens if required!!

Hi, I've been told its possible but have never played with one to find out. If anyone can confirm the sequence I'd need to do to enable it I'd be greatful.
