tension pullys come off

cut a long story short

had to call the aa out because of a noise turned out to be tension pully has come away from the car making a banging noise on the metal , he said there easy to do but somethink about the engne needs to be jacked up to get some room he said £40-£60 max?


while i get that fitted is there anythink else that they might as well do if there going to fix this?

I'd change the aux belt if it's not been done for a while

had to cut it off mate it was wrapped round tensioner

is it an easy job to do? i mean what price would i be looking to pay? and how long would it take

AA bloke said no more than a hours labour (ill get the parts myself)

The hardest bit is getting the top bolt out as it's kinda hard up against the chassis leg.

£110 just for labour charge they want, i contacted kwik fit they said its a 2 hour job, i just laughed on the phone, what sort of price should i be looking to pay?

or is there anybody in my area who knows how to do this job? beer tokens will be given
