hi everyone little help needed if possible, my car seams a little sluggish of late so my mate put his tech2 computer on it to find 1 fault code P1112 SWIRL FLAP PROBLEM he has now cleared the code but ive had no warning lights on the dash etc is this code anything to worry about ? thanks in advance

When mine got serviced they checked for fault codes, that came up on mine i think too but mine runs fine. Might be an old one stored where it failed temporarily or something.

If it aint broken, don't fix it is my motto with cars at the moment. Spent so much money fixing things that didnt matter, or werent the problem on previous cars wont make the same mistake again!

If its sluggish though, perhaps there is something not quite right with yours....

Mines a 55 plate with 22,000 on the clock and I've had 2 matey, in the process of fitting a catch tank to eradicated the problem but yes its a common fault. HTH...

I got it done under warrenty twice even though one was out of warrenty but argued with vauxhall that if it had done that mileage with a rep you would change it without question , clean the the throttle body matey that may help...

Quick update my car was tested on the computer again last night and the fault code P1112 was stored again after being wiped last week so there is a deffo problem. What do I do ? And is it a part I can buy from vauxhall ? Or is there a fix ? Thanks
