    Default Vectra C.com Protest

Just wondered if anyone on here would protest about the raising cost of fuel? I hate protest in general but sometimes things just get beyond silly. I'm thinking that almost 1.50 for a litre of Diesel is taking the proverbial now!

    So another poll from me

Yes definately, it's getting ridiculous. When in the states a few years ago it cost me $27 to fill up from empty a 3.5 V8 dodge charger. cost me £60 quid to fill the Vec.

Point taken but think if we could harness the power of the group and others. Not just vec clubs. We might need to drop some pride for a little while!?

Should also say I brimmed my tank on my 1.6 focus for £57.43 yesterday. Lasted 413miles all but 10 of them motorway miles!

Worlds most valuable resource + limited supply = high cost

We (myself included) expect cheap fuel as a right but it is a luxury. The tax is massive but it is there now and the country is skint. Whether you agree with the tax or not, its just the worse time possible to try and get it lowered. The most a protest would do is stop increases....

Personally I would rather cut back on the miles I do and pay the high cost rather than be in a situation like Greece or Ireland etc....
