My DTi

Grabbed 2 pics of my DTi today after being out a run in it. Really enjoying it, comfy cruiser, easy to drive and goes not bad for being the 2 litre DTi lump

It needs a good polish as being the Vx red it has faded, but the worst parts are the roof and tail gate. Need to look into the best way of bringing it back up

that red doesn't look too bad mate...

what plans did you have regarding polishing it up? Mine is white and completly flat....

was thinking about DA'ing it and going the whole hog on it

I'm not sure, might give it to my mate who has a bodyshop to do it for me. Or i'll buy G3 and get a good wax. Not looked into it yet tbh, gonna join detailing world and weigh it up. I'm pretty handy with the buffer so will manage myself if it's gonna be cheaper

Cheaper option full stop is G3 and a polish lol

dont get g3 thats old hat now mate...get the 3m fast cut compound.thats the best stuff on the market.

A good machine polish with a cutting compound will lift the oxidization and it will be back to looking it's best again.

Looks good though, what plans do you have for it?

None really, ordered clear side repeaters last night for it as orange and the red clash too much. And i want a set of SRi smoked rear lights eventually to remove the orange from the rear and getting the windows tinted

Thats about it really lol
