Noise - Trapped budgie ??

Can anyone advise on a noise I seem to have acquired,possibly from a service last week.Nothing major,but very irritating. In higher gears (4th and 5th) at low speed (around 35 mph) when I press the accelerator,there is a noise which sounds like a bird chirping for a few seconds.Not sure if it is from the front or rear,but guessing rear.The fuel filter was replaced at the service

iv got the same sort of noise as well but dissapears when the engine is warm (1.9cdtisri) any advice would be great
