    need to loose a bit of jelly belly b4 majorca in 10 days time anyone used slim fast before is it any good?

    You'll lose a bit in 10days mate with slim fast, but with such a short time scale your best bet would be something more intensive like, soup diet, or no carb diet. That will get u the biggest change in 10days, obviously increase exercise too.
    You'll put all the weight straight back on on holiday of course tho HTH

    Go for a 3 mile run today, then 4 miles tomorrow.

    Drink lots of water. It has no calories but if you drink enough you feel fuller.... Also it then replaces other drinks which have a lot of calories.....

    try the milk diet!..

    its what they tell people that are going in for stomach by-pass surgery to do and you lose weight very quickly.

    you drink 3 pints of milk, 2 portions of fruit,2 portions of veg,as much sugar free jelly as you want,as much sugar free dilute pop as you want.

    its an official pre-op diet and works well short term

    al.

    Ditch high fat and high Carb foods like bread, potatoes and pasta, eat more veg to fill you up and drink lots of water. Get out on a bicycle and do even 4 or 5 miles a day and you'll be surprised just how much you can loose in that time scale. Do some sit ups to tighten your stomach, you wont loose any weight but you'll be surprised at how much it pulls your belly in.

    Cabbage soup diet, comes out twice as fast so don't get caight short LOL.

    If you plan on doing a bit of exercise I'd advise that you do very low intensity unless you exercise regularly, otherwise you'll just end up in clip. Maybe a 30min run every second day at most or anything that's non-impact you could do a lot more as the stresses are less i.e bike, crosstrainer.

    The heart foundation diet, it works & its not to bad really, loose around a stone in a week. then there's the tomatoes on toast one that's also very good, there's loads but try a recommended one that works.
