sounds like something isnt quite tight enough on the front shocker tops bud ! have you sorted the rear camber too ?
Tightened them all up with an air gun even the front struts while on the car and everything was nipped up, i havent done the camber yet, could this be it ?
Am off to scotland in the morn, so may try to have it done there
Edit: Noise is comming from the back hence i think the springs may be just to short and as i hit a speed bump i get the noise ?

you'll rip the rear tyres off in no time if you dont sort the camber aswell as the back end skipping round corners . i've done them with a gun before but still not got them seated properly and although they seem tight , they still knock ! it will be at the front as theres nothing at the back that could knock aslong as your shockers are fit ?
Will it be safe to drive ?
yeah should be !? will handle oddly though . you only need two ring spanners and decent eyesight to sort the rear camber
I have the exact same problem. i believe its coming from my RARB, i managed to stop it from knocking for approx 2 weeks by lubricating the RARB bushes but they soon dried out again and knock like crazy. I think it could possibly be something to do with the Apex Springs as i also have these fitted to mine. RARB bushes have also been replaced but knocking came back soon enough. i am very tempted to go back to the standard springs to see if that eliminates the problem. its just finding the time to do it.
i've always lowered with eibachs on SRi shocks with no probs , i guess lowering kind find a weekness in the bushes if there is one ??
Mine wasnt knocking before the change, so its either the RARB , (is this an easy job) or there is something not tight
What did you use to lubricate them ?
