    Unhappy Noise from Auto box

As the title says really, had the Vectra in for the aircon compressor swapping under warranty and I have since noticed @ low speed if I let my foot off the throttle every now and again I hear a metallic rumbling/spinning noise? It happens more about 5-10mph and seems to be if I press the throttle and lift off quickly just before gear change. If it was manual I would swear it was clutch related. I also have another noise I need to get them to look at, it sounds like a bearing around the cam/alternator side of the engine, worse from cold but still noticeable when warm

Grateful for any idea's before I book it back in which will need to be soon as it's done 53k.

    Thanks in advance

Seems odd that since you had the compressor replaced?

Does either of these noises disappear, when turning the air con off or on?

Difficult unless i hear it myself, sounds diff related on the box. A big IFF.

Thanks for the reply, it may well have been there previously as it's only noticeable when you throttle and then release sharply, sounds metalic. A bit like a dry bearing and something spinning (metal on metal) Tried with the AC off and no difference, tried when car is stood still and can't get it to do it. Diff related would make sense, it needs to go back for the other noise anyway so I will get them to listen to this.
I just wanted them done before the warranty expires in 6k miles.

    Thanks again.
