first thing is to remove the track rod end from the swivel on the hub
right then there is a gaitor on the steering rack that covers the drumstick end of the inner tie rod
undo clamp/cable tie on the OUTER bit of the gaitor and then push the gaitor towards the other side of the car
you will then see the drumstick bit of the inner tie rod
there is usuall a spanner shaped nut on the ball end that you have to undo
If i can recall correctly i believe its a 32mm spanner
then just unscrew the drumstick with track rod end still on it
when you have it all off the car undo the locking nut for the track rod end and wind the track rod end of the inner tie rod ,
while counting how many turns it takes to unwind it
then remove the locking nut from old inner tie rod and wind it onto new inner tie rod
then wind the track rod end onto the new inner tie rod the same amount of turns as it took to remove it off the old one , then tighten locking nut
screw new inner tie rod onto steering rack , tighten , grease and then reattach gaitor
make sure gaitor clip is tight so no grease can get out
reattach track rod end to hub swivel
replace track rod end nut
recheck everything is tight and viola
job done
now go get your 4 wheel allignment done as it will be out
hope this helps
( not bad from memory
