I've got the main cat flanged so its designed to bolt on, bolt off...

Sounds about the best (and cheapest) option to pass.

Yep I knew it would fail, but what I didnt know is by how much.

One cat, two cats, no cats.... these questions get debated all the time with the Vectra VXR. Then with Stage 1, Stage II, and Stage III remaps and various levels of tune.

So for research and data purposes I wanted to see how far off the chart it went

Now I know...

0% to 0.20% is a pass

Mine was 0.60% which is fail

Something to talk about when others are messing with their exhausts
