Typical. Had lush day in garden, bbq, wine etc. Going away for a few days first thing in the morning and so I thought I would give the tyre pressures a quick check. Got to the last tyre which needed a little top up and when I took the foot pump off the valve.......ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss sssssssssssssssssssss... The valve stem nipple thing inside was just flopping around. After a few seconds of shouting F*%k!!! I quickly had to move the car off the drive as it's a tad steep. Got the space saver on now and will have to sort it first thing. Of all the times for it to happen and i have checked them loads of times. Has this happened to anyone?? Will the whole valve stem have to be changed or do they just screw those nipple things in from the outside with a special tool?
