    Default Women drivers in Vectras.

    It's due next week the insurance and been on Go compare and lowest figures are £540.00 existing company is £550.00.

    My mate at work said put your lass on insurance it's cheaper, So did quote and it's a massive £140.00 cheaper with her on the insurance.!!!!!!

    Are they mad another driver and a woman they have not seen her drive!!. But stuff it she's off on to save some wonga.

    I thought they couldnt price based on gender anymore, adding more drivers often does bring your insurance down, direct line told me that lol

    Ive noticed this to, when i got married and put my wife on insurance it came down quite a bit

    Apparently its because married men have settled down and are a less risk

    Mad tho, especially wife my wife at the wheel lol

    I have been putting my girlfriend on the insurance for the past few years and it does save about £100 odd pounds!

    she never drives it ... also we dont live togeather

    Don't think my girlfriend would be much help as she only passed her test last October. I think esure said they won't touch anyone who's had a licence less than 12months. Although not with them anymore but didn't ask.

    Apparently it means your less likely to drive like an idiot, more chance your a settled down to earth kinda guy and less of a risk.

    i put my girlfriend on one of my policies with provisional and it came down £300 quid i was like wtf lol

    It all stinks,.. that simply means you're guilty until proven innocent!! Mine went up putting our lass on mine ,... and she is older than me!!!!

    I have no intention of letting her drive it unless in emergency etc.

    I may play about with it and see if a 3rd driver makes a diiferance like my mum!!
