    And whats this big pipe for its got a split init would this be one of the pipes causing my car to go into limp mode?

    not too sure about the connector mate,,,but i would think that ANY split in any pipe ,,in relation to the turbo, or vacuum system would cause the car to go into limp mode,,,,,,

    Yep it is the split in the pipe causing it. Have you got a 2.2 or 2.0 by any chance? If so its a common problem. You can get uprated pipes, or just tape it

    think the second one is the egr valve mate which will put it in limp mode what engine is it

    Yeah its a 2.0 DTI so another stupid question whats the pipe called so i can order a new one lol

    It's a boost pipe, leading to the inlet elbow... you can duct tape it up as a temp fix, use plenty & it will last a good while

    just tried taping didnt last 2 mins lol but mines only cheap duck tape will ring see if i can get a pipe now i know what its called cheers

    If I remember correctly the pipe is £60 +. I did about 60000 miles on mine in my saab with it taped!

    that loose plus IS off the egr and needs putting back on.

    Not sure if Vauxhall will sell that pipe on its own but you can get them on ebay for about £50 delivered
