Stuck on with double sided tape all the way around, with wider strips at each end, plus clips at each end as well that need to be compressed from inside the door skin, plus locating pins about one third in from each end.

but if you don't want to take off the door card then you can ease off as much of the strip as you can and try and carefully get a pair of pincer nose pliers between the strip and the car and squeeze the barbs of clips so that the come out of the hole in the door. Other option is to just use a bit of brute force and pull the clip through the hole. A barb will probably break off but no big deal as it doesn't really need it. When you put the strip back on, with a new bit of double sided tape on it, it won't be going anywhere. Not sure why they even have the clip there in the first place.

Took the softly softly approach on the near side, removed the door cards etc. Drivers side was a different story. Couldn't get the wiper winder off the rear door so just did as Duncan said and pulled from the outside. Now to prep and paint!!

Please with my progress so far. All door mouldings are prepped ready to be primed in the morning. Also managed to remove, prime and do 2 coats of paint on my boot strip. Oh, not to forget I also removed my colour coded side repeaters, sanded them down, clear primed them and gave them one coat of paint too!! Looking forward to the results!!
