    Default z32se Clutch Kit.

Chaps, just wondering if any has experience with this one. Theres two Clutch Kits available to me as it stands. A 155 pound LUK Clutch kit.

Or the GM Clutch kit for 247 Pound.

Do I just go the GM Clutch Kit? Or try my hand at the LUK one.

(Also would change the DMF at the same time, if anyone can give any hints where the cheapest place would be to purchase one)

    Thanks Lads.

    Chris.

as far as i've heard LUK clutches rank along side of sachs etc so i'd go for it myself..as for the dmf, i'd google 'dmf repairs'... theres plenty of peeps who refurb/rebuild them at a fraction of the cost of a new one (not knowing all the ins n outs i'd imagine the big lumpy metal bits last a lifetime and just springy bits need changing)

Refurbing a DMF is like refurbing a clutch plate - really not something you'll benefit from.

Try www.eurocarparts.co.uk for a DMF kit and ask if they'll ship to Oz.

Unless it's a lot cheaper than buying a new one

They do. Would be about 50 pounds

Can't believe I never knew about that site until about a month ago!

I would feel better getting a brand new DMF, refurbing running gear isn't generally something I like to see done. Pitty its so expensive.

(Holden want $4500 for a new clutch and DMF, so I guess it works out best to buy it all online)
