Default Judder at 2000rpm (tried a few how 2's) Help !

    Hi all
Could do with some help as I have read loads of posts and tried some how 2's and I cannot fix it !

    Car - 1.9CDTi 150 SRi Reg04
Symtom - Judder when accelerating very slowly mainly in 2nd and 3rd and 6th gear. The judder starts at 2000rpm until 3000rpm then stops. When the car is juddering I can apply about and extra 25% power and the judder stops as the car accelorates harder.
What I have tried so far - 3rd injector fix (from the left lol) did not help but worth doing anyway (thanks for the how 2). Throttel body Fix (solder job) last night and I was over the moon to find the joint to be broken exactly as it is in the how 2 (thanks again) but did not fix it but glad i did do it anyway.
Fault Codes - Tried the accel and brake and ignition thing and flat out did not work :-(

Any Ideas ? Really stuck now

Forgot I have cleaned EGR valve about 3 months ago and did a good job (cleaned corrosion and added copper slip). I know all to well the symtoms of that problem and its not lack of power that I have.
I have a tunning box on two and tried with and without and still the same.

To me it's either the 3rd injector plug needs replaced for the upgraded one or the throttle body is playing up. Although I would be more inclined to have the plug looked at.

Unplug the EGR and then drive it and see what happens if it stops it clean it out and add the FIAT EGR gaskets to reduce the carbon build up.

I have done both 3rd injector and the throttel body fix but still no joy. You right it did seem like the best two to try and cheap lol but trust my luck for it not to work.

Will give the unpluging of the EGR a try tonight. Got to be worth a try as it cost nothing ! If it is I am going to be REALLY anoyed with the stupid EGR I have cleaned it out 4 times. Is it expensive/difficult to get it removed would imagine a change to the ECU would be needed ?

I did get a fault code about a year or so ago relelation to fuel pressure need to dig out the code. Looked into getting a new fuel pressure sensor (the one on the end for common rail). VX dealer said £180 for a sensor ! I was insulted and obviously did not bother. Is there a cheap way of getting this sensor ?

Thanks for you help guys ! My wife is giving me some stick about it as she drives it with the kids in
