Hids-Direct...

Placed an order with these guys on Friday about 11am, after reading some good reviews with their kits on here and other forums. They promise 'free next working day delivery' but I've still heard nothing from them.

Been phoning all day yesterday and this morning but the phone just rings.... Please tell me they're not some jokers who have made off with my cash?

Anyone know of another contact method other than the number on their website or if this is common when dealing with them..?

I have never had a drama with them and when I have phoned them up they answered straight away.

I got my HIDs from these guys and they were great. Rapid delivery. Great value. No stress.

Sorry to hear about your woes. It might be the Post Office that's at fault, though.

Sorry about that mate, but all I hear about HID Direct now are complaints, maybe they've changed hands?

Finally got the kit through, not quite the standard of service they advertise seeing as it was delivered second class. Still haven't recieved a reply to my email though and the phone still just rings...dread the thought of having to deal with a return with them at any point...

On the up side, the kit is in and works a treat - look forward to testing it on the backlanes tonight
