After having January and February off with some medical problems, I have just got back from the doctors and I have another soddin hernia, had one when I was 26 and now another one, what else go go soddin wrong this year. Told the wife to be gentle with me, did she listen, did she ek

Last year was similar for me, one thing after another seemed to happen. I know it gets you down, all I can say is things do get better. This years been the best in ages for me so far. I hope I haven't spoke to soon, touch wood and all that. BTW the above post must make you feel great. lol

I kind know how you feel it has been a year since i smashed my ankle up and its still no better i still keep losing all feeling in it as well as constantly getting pins and needles there as well ,kind of makes me glad i gave up football when i did i would definetly be on the england old crocs list by now if i had carried on

My wife had a hernia op a few years back, a friend asked her to lift some boxes helping her and her partner move house. They knew she had a duff shoulder, the boxes they got her to shift gave her a hernia trying to lift. Hope you get it sorted, takes a while to recover.
