    Blankety blank cheque book required
A local garage could probably fix this for about £600
    Dealership would be about £800

However, it may be the DMF that has taken the clutch with it
It is therefore best to have it fully examined when it finally goes

When the DMF went in my 3.0 V6 CDTI, the VX warranty paid out £1600

Have you tried lifting the clutch pedal with your foot incase it's the spring not fully returning. Also i'm with rushy, shouldn't be too expensive to replace.

Iirc the 1.8's had a common problem with clutch judder
