Is the turbo from a vectra c 2.0 and 2.2 the same? And is there a gaskett on the elbow where it connects to the exhaust?

Is the turbo from a vectra c 2.0 and 2.2 the same? And is there a gaskett on the elbow where it connects to the exhaust?
in sure there deffo will be a gasket. not sure if the turbos are the same though.
I thought the same when I was looking into potentially having to change the turbo but I was told the 2.2 is variable vain and the 2.0 is not.

Ok , just that i have changed both intercooler pipes for silicone and done silicone vacuum and still getting loud whistle from turbo, i did goto vauxhall and they could not find one, might have to try another vauxhall dealer.
Did you check the lower inter cooler hoses? Rarer for them to go but worth a check.
