    Default locking nut problem needs new tyre

    can anyone help in local area of cf320nh i took my vectra to a garage for new tyres and they broke my locking nut key in nut itself any suggestions how i can get the locking nut off please

    If it's a set of Vx locking bolts any Vx dealer should have master keys.

    thanks for your replies my locking nut adapotoris stuck in the wheel nut it self its a 03vectra sxi is there a tool i can buy or lend to get the nut off i have tried drilling but the drill wont touch it

    Not much help at the moment, But locking wheel nuts are more of a pain than not having them .

    How many times have you seen a car on bricks with the wheels nicked? I know i havn`t.

    Taken mine off a couple of years back. Takes the will it, or wont it undo scenario out of the equation.

    machine mart do a kit for removing them about 20 quid

    I dont have a key lock nut on mine but 06 facelift model came with a non standard nut on each wheel and a special socket. For the broken key if it cant be drilled ..then hammer chissel and a knew wheel...should be compensated by tyre garage.
