    Default egr gasket ???

    Vectra 2007 1.9 cdti 120 design estate 115,000 miles

    I'm looking at getting a new egr after cleaning mine along with the boost sensor. Still getting juddering at low revs while accelerating and 36mpg.
    Good acceleration from 1st tho'. No idiot lights and no fault codes present..Full service done 3 weeks ago..

    Anyhoo when I removed the egr to clean I didn't notice ANY gaskets...
    Are there 2? One for each end ?
    If so and there isn't ANY gaskets could this be the problem ???

    Could be, as it may not be sealing sufficiently. Best to get a couple of gaskets and see, before a new EGR.
