Is it worth a punt?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering peoples thoughts about this bus I've been offered. Full service history including
New clutch, flywheel, bearing on 52,000 (plus oil filter)
New water pump, cam belt, idlers, bearings etc on 62,000 (plus oil filter)
Here's a few pics. It's now on 70000 miles, just wanting thoughts/reassurance from the more experienced owners.

I have just been offered a job in Australia so my tidy Signum is going up for sale soon,

It's a 2006 2.8 v6 turbo with 48k looking for about 5500 ish, if you fancy more info let me know.

Was thinking of sticking on here in the next few weeks.
