bulb light symbol

I have a 56 plate vectra and I have a symbol on my dash that says I have a bulb gone, I have looked over every bulb and I cannot see any blown, any ideas please why this is happening.

There are two tail lights in each lamp cluster, one is tail and other is tail and brake light,if the brake light bulb fails it switch to the second bulb so to still have a brake light working but then brings on the warning light.check both tail light bulbs are working in each cluster.

also sometimes the bulb light comes on the dashboard tells you there is a bulb on its way out.
