Lauder diesel "clacking" after clutch pressed 2.0 DTI

So, I have got some particular symptom. When I press the clutch pedal the "diesel clacking" start to be a bit lauder. It only occurs whet engine is hot. The thing is that I have done about 7k and is not getting worse. I have read on other forums that it my be related to dual mass flywheel but I had the chance to hear almost dead dual mass flywheel on 1.9 CDTi. The sound there were different, like random metallic hammering.
Gear box works smoothly, I have no shakes when changing. Just this sound on pressed clutch pedal. Any ideas what it may be?

Can it be dual mass flywheel? As as I know dual mass fails usually on CDTI engines. I haven't heard about 2.0 DTI dual mass failure.

I'll be carry on driving then until clutch will die completely. Eventually I have breakdown cover....
