    Default Rubber Exhaust Mounts Problem.

Just had a look at my back boxes as one looked a bit off and the rubber mount on one side of the box has split. Unfortunatelly I think it's one that MIJ have fitted as it has 3 points(One for the car and two on the box). Any body seen any like these.

Other side is goosed as well

Standard Vectra one will still fit, as they have oval holes that will accomodate two hangars, instead of small round holes.

Found the ones that have been fitted. They're off a Toyota Hilux! Thanks again MIJ!

Did you contact MIJ about it? When I had mine done, they said that they'd even cover the rubbers with the lifetime warranty and if they ever broke, just to call them and they'd chuck a couple in the post for me. Worth a shot I'd have thought.

Try your local Kwik Fit. Just ask for a couple of rubber exhaust hangers, I got mine free the last time I asked. After all it is not as if you want them to actually fit the exhaust for you. Surely they can't do any damage by just selling/giving you the rubbers.
