    rear boot strip

remove interior tailgate panel ( 3 torx screws and a little tug )
then you will see 6 x 10mm nuts , undo these and viola

think the grille is a little more difficult , sure someone will be along soon to inform you

no worries , while your doing it i suggest you remove the rear handle and switch and clean and grease the little ball in it ( youll understand when you see it )
they have a habit of siezing and would only mean having to remove it all again

Front grille is dead easy, simply open bonnet, on the inside of the raised bonnet i think theres possibly 8 screws which need to come out before the grille pops out.
