    Default CD2005 Auto-Fading!!

Hi all. Apologies for being so new to forum and already posting up an issue, but it has me stumped!

All i can decribe it really as soon as the CD2005 comes on (regardless of cd or tuner) it automatically fades the volume right down to virtual mute!

Ive tried turning off the vehicle speed adjustment thing, but this doesnt solve it.

Initially I thought it was the CD i had, as it was one i burned myself, but it does it on radio aswell.

I can turn it back up again no problem, and sometimes it stays at high volume, other times it fades again. Really no pattern to it at all!

    Any help appreciated!!

    Default

it could be the steering wheel control. Occasionally when i turn the volume up from the s wheel it keeps going to full volume unless i hit the down button. Maybe worth taking it off to check the connection.
