    Smile Any CDTI 150's with 150k + miles

    Hi Guys,
    I am a great fan of this site and all the info.
    I have looked at all the polls, but none seem to answer the question ,is the 150 cdti reliable?.
    Could you guys say if you have a 150 cdti with 150k miles plus and what trouble or not you have had.

    Don't see why it's 'trolling;. Then if it was, which I doubt, aren't you as bad for responding like that?

    In my opinion m8, I would say if it is 150k then it should of had all the niggles (manifold/thrid injector loom) ironed out by now so only general engine wear is a potential issue but should pose a threat. As it's a diesel however, there isn't a reason why it shouldn't gracefully pass the 200k mark.

    First can you please tell me what trolling means.
    I havnt seen many 150s on the site with very high milage, thats why I asked the question.
    I am at 87k on my 150 and still flys along its a 2008 model

    My Vectra c has done 141K (I have just fitted a Hybrid Turbo!) and the wifes Signum we have just bought has 138k.

    Mind you I could be doing a "Trigger" as mine had a new engine at 60K under warranty

    Both are running BSR remaps as well plus other mods

    Btw I meant engine wear shouldn't pose a threat.

    Trolling means you were trying to provoke a reaction. Just ignore it m8.

    Mine is at 132k and has had the manifold replaced, injector looms replaced and egr valve changed. I currently have a broken themrostat and rattling flywheel, which has been rattling for the last 94k.

    Dad taxi's a 150hp vectra. Its has a flywheel, manifold, egr valve and glow plugs. The basic engine is fine its the extra bolted to it thats the prob
