coolant flush, and gearbox oil 2.2dti help

right think im going to attempt this 2moro, but not sure where to start, could some one guide me through full coolant flush/change. and gearbox oil on a 2.2dti too please.. and how much i will need?

hi mate when i changed my water pump i needed 3.75 litres of coolant, to empty the coolant on my 1.9 cdti there is a tap that you turn on the bottom of the radiator as for the gear box oil i havent done that yet.

Gearbox oil is a right sod. The drain plug is RIGHT next to a chasis rail or part of the subframe if I remember right. Had to cut the tool bit in half to get it in. Fills ok through the reverse light switch. 1.9 litres of fluid and a tube of Molyslip in mine.
